Another semester, another successful co-op experience with 3 very different students that all had their own set of skills and talents.
Our industry has a shortage of young aspiring technicians. These programs are set up to open the window to a day in the life of a ‘mechanic’. They get to see what its like working without having to ask to use the washroom or reciting from a textbook. Its a way for the students to use their problem solving skills and mature….quickly. Its not for everybody but every student has some sort of take away and thats why we continue to offer these placements. Co-op works
